Another lunch and dinner

My colleagues and I had lunch with Boss (our retired ex-director) at Dian Xiao Er in Marina Square on Friday.

Lor Mee

Had the worst Lor Mee in my life so far at Eastlink Food Court at Tampines on Sunday.
The yellow mee wasn’t blanched, it was rinsed in boiling water in a pot they use for cooking ban mian. The gravy was too salty, the fishcake wasn’t fresh and the braised pork was all fat!


Dinner with friends

I had dinner with my friends, who were mostly ex-colleagues at HP, last Friday. I was asked to organise this dinner outing. Managed to get 17 of us to turn up. It was the biggest since Joey’s farewell dinner a couple of years back.
